We spent a sunny September's day in Vehmaa. Silversign Always In Style 'Alva' enjoyed her day out in the forest to the full and as a result she was qualified in the field!

23.7. Vehmaa, GRC Summer Open Show
We spent a glorious, sunny day in beautiful surroundings at the sea in Vehmaa at the annual Summer Golden Show. Guess Giacomo was 3rd in open class and finally 5th best dog. Silversign Always In Style won the juniorclass and ended up 3rd best bitch. At the end of the day 'Alva' & 'Polo' competed in the brace class and were awarded BIS Brace! 10.6. GRC Club Open Show, Espoo
Three sons of Polo were entered in the open class. Majik Twelfth Night (Guess Giacomo-Majik Lara Croft) won the class with prize of honour. EST JCh Giacomo Herkus (Guess Giacomo-Ch Erima Herkus) was placed 4th and Finngreen Jukola's Laurenz (Guess Giacomo-Finngreen Giulia) was 5th. Well done all of you!
Silversign Always In Style didn't mind the warmth and the sun, "Alva" kept on wagging her tail and having fun throughout the day! She won the juniorclass (15 entries) and in the best bitch competition "Alva" was placed 2nd best bitch.

Guess Giacomo received excellent and was placed 2nd in tough competition in the open class! My boy made me so proud and happy!! Silversign Always In Style also got to show her moves in the juniorclass, but this time without placement. The international atmosphere was something really special and I enjoyed seeing lots of beautiful goldens during the day! Dogs judged by Mrs Ferelith Somerfield, bitches by Mr Terry Thorn.

Uno's son Karvin Moody Blue (Hollygold Aprilstorm-Ch Karvin Lady Las Vegas) won the intermediateclass, later on he was best dog and BOB, winning his second CC! 27.-28.5. On Saturday at Sauvo group championshipshow Silversign Always In Style "Alva" was placed 3rd in juniorclass with excellent. Guess Giacomo "Polo" also got an excellent in open class and got a 2nd placement. On Sunday we participated at Järvenpää all breed championship show where Alva was placed 2nd in juniorclass with excellent. Polo was placed 3rd in his class and finally also 3rd inthe best dog competition! Judge on Saturday was Mrs Marjo Jaakkola and on Sunday Mrs Tina Sulce from Latvia.

20.-21.5. Valmiera & Riga, Latvia. Gutta Herkus (Guess Giacomo - Ch Erima Herkus) did it again!! On Saturday at the international show judged by Jeff Verrees from Belgium,Gutta did extremely well by winning open class, being best bitch with LV CAC and CACIB, BOB and finally 2nd in the Gundog group! On the next day at speciality show for the Gundog group the breed was judged by Carlos Saevich from Argentina. Gutta did even better, after winning BOB she also was BIS at the final!! I'm so impressed by and happy for her continuos success!! Congratulations to the Herkus team :)

Silversign Always In Style thrilled us by winning BOB and BIS-3 puppy!! She got a very nice critique: "A compact 7 months old puppy of a very pleasing outline. Nice head, excellent eye, good reach of neck, straight front, catfeet. Good depth & spring of ribcage. Good turn of stifle and depth of thigh & well let down hock. Excellent on the move".
